The Regional Artist Databases is a resource for benefitting and connecting artists in Scotland, to that end: all information entered into the form - and therefore into the respective databse - will be public information. Please only input information you are comfortable with being public, exercise caution and use professional contact details where possible. The RAD will not be held responsible where users neglect to exercise caution.
The RAD cannot be held responsible for anything that arises from someone entering their details into the RAD form (and therefore also the RAD database). The RAD is also not a guarantee of finding work, it should be used as a tool and directory only.
Users must be at least 16 years of age to enter any information into any of the forms connected to the Regional Artist’s Database, anyone found to be in breach of this restriction will be removed and necessary action will be taken.
Users must only enter their own information, and all information must be correct to the best of their knowledge. Anyone found to be in breach of this restriction will be removed and necessary action will be taken.
The Regional Artists Database is a resource for benefitting and connecting artists in Scotland, and should only be used as much. Anyone found to be misusing the RAD will be removed, banned from using the service and necessary action will be taken. The RAD reserves the right to remove anyone found to be misusing or abusing the RAD.
User’s information can be requested to be removed at any time, users reserve the right to request their information be removed at any time, the RAD will remove their information as soon as possible if such a request is made.
Regional Artist’s Database will never contact you without your consent, if you would like to added or removed from our mailing list (should we ever have one) you can request your inclusion or removal at any time.
The RAD will never directly contact or lobby anyone to enter their details into the RAD form, or to use the RAD.
As the RAD grows, more terms and conditions may be necessary and will be added here.
